Scores of walkers from a host of legal organisations braved the weather on the evening of Monday 18th September to raise funds for legal aid.
Trudging – or, in some cases, jogging! – through the rain-drenched streets, around the parks and alongside the river, the crowd of participants flowed relentlessly towards their destination on Bristol harbourside, 10k from the starting point.
Glynns Solicitors’ team of Jennifer Crompton, Jack Dunwell and Tricia Hawkins, sustained by sandwiches and coffee, marched determinedly to the end, where much-needed refreshments awaited.
At the point of writing, over £7,000 has been raised by the walk to help support those in need of legal advice who would otherwise be unable to access it.
