Profile

As a keen sportswoman, it is perhaps not surprising that Francesca is drawn to the notion that, as she puts it, 'everyone should be entitled to a level playing field.' Interested in both an individual's right to justice and the field of medicine, Francesca gravitated towards law and, specifically, clinical negligence law.

Before coming to work at Glynns, Francesca's experience has included working on claims relating to baby deaths and maternal injuries as part of the East Kent maternity scandal. As 'a people person', however, Francesca's energy and compassion has inspired her to work in a wide range of health areas with a diverse range of clients, wanting to provide positivity and hope when a person is struggling at their lowest ebb.

Francesca has also enjoyed the opportunity, through the University of London, of lecturing junior doctors within the neo-natal field on implementing strategies within their work to minimise the risk of negligence.
