Cleaner Receives Compensation For Work Accident
We acted for a client, Daniel, who suffered an injury whilst working as a cleaner when he was struck on the back of his legs by several boxes full of flooring material.
Whilst Daniel did not sustain any fractures, he did suffer quite significant bruising to his left leg, ankle and foot.
We arranged for a medical expert to examine him to discover the extent of his injuries and he diagnosed Daniel as having probably suffered a strained joint ligament in the left ankle (the source of the main symptoms). Fortunately a full recovery was made within little more than 18 months of the accident and just over 1 year after we had written to Daniel's employer's insurance company.
Daniel received compensation of £3,500.
